Opportunity investigation for scale removing from the hot rolled strips surface in the rotary type plants for abrasive-powdered clearing

摘要

Powdered scale cleaning method of the cotrolled strips surface in the rotary type plants is considered. It's shown that volume vibration application at the 100% scale removing from the strip allows to increase cleaning efficiency and roughness distribution evenness on the cleaning area in two perpendicular directions.
