摘要

Hydroxyproline (HP)-adapted callus cultures of rice cv. Bhoora rata (BR, salt tolerant) and GR11 (salt susceptible) were exposed to the LD50 concentration of NaCl (200 mM). BR callus had greater dry weight and proline content, greater activities ofcellulase, invertase [beta-fructofuranosidase] and amylase, and lower activities of proline and IAA oxidases in response to NaCl than the control, and also when compared with GR11 callus.
