The productivity gap between Honda, Toyota and the Big Three automakers continues to shrink, according to an annual study from Harbour Consulting USA, which focuses on manufacturing companies. Titled The Harbour Report North America 2007, the study measures productivity in assembly, stamping, and engine and transmission operations plant by plant and company by company for five North American automakers: Chrysler Group, Ford Motor Co., General Motors Corp., Honda Motor Co. Inc. and Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing Inc.
