摘要

A market scale of cosmetics shows no fluctuations in these ten years.Thus,new products having new functionality or precise efficacy are required for expansion of the market.In this article,development of the cosmetics formulation with the aim of adding functionality is described.Firstly,development of a skin-care product to decrease the wrinkles by physical effects is shown.In this prod-uct,the bio-polymer plays an important role.In addition,development of sunscreen products having the high water-proof property is performed by application of the dissipated structure theory and nano-technology.Secondary,on foundation products,a development of 0/W emulsion having a large content of internal water phase and an application of titanium dioxide aggregation to be easily collapsed are intro-duced.These technologies contribute to the texture of foundations.Finally,on the make-up products,developments of a lipstick having a skin-care effect to improve lip condition and a mascara which is removable with hot water are described.The key ingredient of this lipstick is an apricot extract and the key point of this mas-cara is transformation of the resin in the formulation.It is most important that the functionality to be developed should be desirable for consumers.
