ON POSSIBILITY OF ADDITIONAL EXTRACTION OF PLATINUM METALS FROM DUMP TAILINGS OF BENEFICIATION AT NORIL'SK COPPER-NICKEL ORES

摘要

Data about distribution of noble metals in products of beneficiation of patched ores at Noril'sk deposit are presented. The main sources of platinum losses with dump tailings are particles of intermetallics and overcomminuted arsenides and sulfides of platinum metals that were enlarged during comminution. Elevation of total extraction of valuable components from ores is possible due to implementation of gravitational beneficiation not only in comminution cycle, but also in dump tailings.
