Development tendency in grinding tool technology and presentation of new innovative tool system for grinding, dressing and milling

T-Tool-Profile and T-Tool are two new innovative, multi-functional tool systems with super -abrasive grit material. They not only are suitable for normal grinding, but can also be used for high speed applications. Both the T-Tools have specific characteristic advantages over the conventional tools. Their design render easier metal cutting process as well as better cooling at the contact zone between work-piece and tool. By using these tools efficient cooling can be achieved leading to less grinding power requirement. Also less spindle power and force are required when profiling T-Tools. The wear and tear of the tool is far less than that of a conventional CBN grinding tool.
