Oman introduces new real estate regulation in Duqm SEZ

Omani authorities have introduced a new regulation of the real estate sector for one of the three special economiczones (SEZ), which are currently under development. The initiative covers activities in Duqm SEZ and targets toimprove investor relations in the sector in particular, which in its turn will create a more solid ground for constructiondevelopment as well as the country’s steel sector.
