Iron ore improved Tuesday on stronger futures and slightly better demand, with buyers being interested in Brazilianore mostly.Australian iron ore fines 62% Fe increased by $0.4/t to $65.8/t CFR on the day, following an RMB 4/t ($0.6/t) risein January contracts on the Dalian Commodity Exchange as the steel market strengthened a little. Besides, tradingactivity in the seaborne market was higher than on the previous day, though customers preferred Brazilian material tobe able to reduce pollution from the production process and to ramp up output.
