There is a possibility that the November domestic ferrous scrap market would bottom out and rebound. Some suppliers expected that the domestic ferrous scrap market would rebound in response to the increase of the new export market. The decline of collected ferrous scrap quantity from the market was pointed out at many areas, mainly for heavy scrap. Some supplier expected that it is difficult for the market to decline further from the point of supply and demand side. On the other hand, the production of electric steelmakers is still inactive. Many suppliers still expected cautiously that the increase of the market led by the domestic demand would be difficult, and the rebound would be temporal and its range would be small, even if the market rebounded.
