Cokal to Conclude Coal Supply Contract with Renjian

On December 12, Cokal Limited, Australia announced that it made a basic agreement with Renjian InternationalTrading, Shanghai, China to conclude a long-term supply contract for LV PCI coal of Indonesian origin.Accordingly, Cokal will supply a total of 2.5 million tons of LV PCI coal produced from Bumi Barito Mineral(BBM) metallurgical coal project to Renjian. This LV PCI coal will be shipped out at a rate of 50,000 tons per month overa period of four-plus years. The contract price will be fixed in U.S. dollar in each case based on an international indexprice as a benchmark.
