Elba Island LNG Project to Commence LNG Export in Q3 2018

An US-based LNG production project Elba Island project is expected to commence its first LNG export in thethird quarter of this year. As the first liquefaction unit is nearing completion, Southern LNG Company, which handles theproject, filed for a short-term LNG export permission to US Department of Energy (DOE).
