BCB to Extend Period of Negotiation with M Resources

On February 19, Bowen Coking Coal Limited (BCB), Australia announced its decision to extend the period of negotiation with M Resources Trading Pty Ltd. pertaining to setting up a joint venture (JV) and so on by 30 days. On 21 November 2019, BCB and M Resources made a basic agreement to set up JV on a conjoint basis to take a role as marketing, etc. for metallurgical coals to be produced in the State of QLD by BCB. At this point of time, both companies were supposed to make a term sheet related to establishment of JV within 90 days.
