Elba Island No. 10 Unit Approved to Start Commercial Operation

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on 10th approved the commercial operation of the Elba Island LNG project’s No. 10 liquefaction unit in response to a request from Elba Liquefaction Company (ELC) that is advancing the LNG production project on Elba Island, Georgia. This will be the project’s ninth liquefaction units inoperation and the project’s liquefaction capacity will reach 2.25 million me per annum (mtpa).
