Talks on Term Contracts for Kuwait-Produced Naphtha Begin in London

Negotiations on term contracts for naphtha provided by Kuwait Petroleum Company (KPC) began in London on27th. In the negotiations, buyers and KPC discuss premium prices of KPC’s two-grade products, full range naphtha andlight naphtha, for the period between August 2019 and July 2020. Attention is focused on KPC’s offer levels.Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC)’s term contract negotiations for July 2019-June 2020 are alsoongoing, results of which will affect the talks in London. ADNOC is offering a premium of US$17/mt for Splitter, whichis equivalent to KPC’s full range naphtha.
