Integration of United and Wambo Coal Mines to Be Completed in 2020

United Wambo Integration Project driven jointly by Peabody Energy Corporation and Glencore plc is forecast tobe completed in the former half of 2020.United Wambo Integration Project aims to integrate Wambo open-cut coal mine in the Hunter Valley region in theState of NSW operated by Peabody Energy and United coal mine adjoining this coal mine operated by Glencore, anddevelop both coal mines as well as unexplored mining areas around both coal mines as a single entity. United Wambo coalmine will be born as a large-scale open-cut thermal coal mine by integrating both coal mines.
