Elba Island Train 1 to Commence Operation by May 1st

The Elba Island LNG project in Georgia is expected to commence operation of the first LNG train by May 1st.Kinder Morgan, which is operating the 2.5-mtpa LNG production project, plans to launch ten LNG trains at a pace of onetrain a month.The news was revealed in Kinder Morgan’s latest quarterly report. It had planned the first LNG production in thesecond quarter of 2018, which was however extended due to construction delays.
