Mexico’s Pemex crude exports rise in November

Calgary-Low refinery run rates have pushed the volume of crude Pemex sends to its export terminals to highs not seen in six years, the Mexican state company’s latest production report shows. Pemex production through November 19 was 1.9 million b/d, the same as it reported in October but down 8.6% from the same period a year ago. Pemex increased the crude it sent to export terminals by 69,000 b/d to 1.42 million b/d compared with October, up 13.6% from the same period of November 2016. It would be the highest volume Pemex has exported since October 2011.
