China’s aluminum exports drop by 16% on year in november

Singapore—China’s unwrought aluminum and aluminum product exports were 452,000 mt in November, down 15.7% year on year, according to figures released by the coun- try’s General Administration of Customs. Chinese domestic prices were higher than overseas prices in late September and October, when most of the orders were placed, partly accounting for the fall in exports, market sources said.
