No Brazilian pig iron arrived intothe US in February, a growing trend over thelast three years from a country that oncedominated the US pig iron market.The lack of Brazilian pig iron in Februarymarked the fourth month within the past threeyears that no material arrived to the US. Theprevious times were May 2017, November 2016and October 2016. Prior to that 2009 was thelast time no Brazilian pig iron was importedinto the US during a month.
