Domestic ferrous scrap prices inBrazil moved sideways through the secondweek of December, despite Brazilian millspressuring for lower prices due to a strongerbargaining power, sources said Monday.According to market participants,local steelmakers have been aggressivelylowering their bid lists by as much as Real150-200/mt from last month prices, inaddition to reducing purchased volumes asthey remain well stocked by recent imports.
