Gazprom has set up a new firm fo- cused on international projects, raising questions about potential changes to the Russian gas corporation’s overseas strategy amid an ongoing reshuffle of top management. The gas giant essen- tially changed the name and functions of an already existing domestic com- pany, Gazprom Russkaya, to Gazprom International Projects, according to the company’s disclosure data. Gazprom Russkaya was created in 2015 for the construction of the Turk Stream off- shore gas pipeline, but the line was eventually built by another subsidiary, South Stream Transport.
