June silico-manganese supply up 30% year on year, IMnI says

The global supply of silico-manganese increased by almost 30% year-on-year in June 2019 to a record high of 1.5 million tonnes, according to the International Manganese Institute (IMnI). June silico-manganese supply was also up by 2.7% compared with May, while supply for the first six months of 2019 rose by 15.2% year-on-year, as shown by the latest research from the IMnI, published on Wednesday July 31.
