In the FOB market, a Panamax of branded HCCA coal was sold on a trading platform at $193.50/t FOB for July loading on Thursday. The trade was $3.50/t lower than last week’s screen trade at $197.00/t FOB for similar volume and quality material and the same laycan. Other than these two deals, no other prime hard FOB transactions were concluded over the last fortnight. Chinese CFR deals for prime hard coals included two BHP tenders.
