GERMANY: PitPoint.LNG - a joint venture between PitPoint clean fuels and Netherlands gas company Primagaz - has received approval from the German government to construct what it claims will be "Europe's first shore-to-ship" LNG bunkering station. The station will be built at the Port of Cologne and is scheduled to come into operation in Q2'19. The facility will bunker inland waterways vessels that sail on the Rhine, Europe's busiest waterway.
