More than half of Woodside Petroleum’s shareholders have voted in favour of a non-binding resolution calling on the company to disclose details on its efforts to limit its Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions in line with the Paris Agreement, at the company’s first online annual general meeting (AGM). But they baulked at voting in favour of amendments to the company’s constitution, rendering the vote symbolic.
