Rosneft seaborne crude exports jumped by 16pc on the month to 1.05mn b/d (4.5mn t) in January, as the frm diverted crude initially allocated for Belarusian refneries to Russian ports. But Rosneft seaborne crude exports were still below the 2019 monthly aver- age of 4.7mn t, despite the big increase last month. Trading company Trafgura remained the largest buyer of Rosneft crude loaded at Russian ports in January. Trafgura’s long-term pre-export fnancing contract with the Russian frm was extended until 2022 last year, market participants say.
