Brazil Exported 128,000 Tons Of Manganese Ores In February 2010- A Considerable Decrease Of 37% From That In Jan., Exports For China Decreased Largely

The quantities of manganese ores exported from Brazil in January - February of 2010 as well as in a single month of February were as per the tables attached hereto. Namely, Brazil exported 128,499 tons of manganese ores in February of 2010, which had a considerable decrease of 37.4% compared with that ( 205,113 tons ) in the previous month of January and came down to the low level as recorded in July of 2009. The 128,499 tons of manganese ores exported by Brazil in February had consisted of <> medium and high grade ore ( with Mn 39% min. ) : 5,.346 tons and <> low grade ore : 123,153 tons. In February, the exports of low grade manganese ore decreased to a large extent and, also, the exports of medium and high grade manganese ore were on a lower level than that in January.
