Pharmacists need clear role in homes

RADICAL changes are needed in the way pharmaceutical care is provided in Scotland's care homes, according to a report from theRoyal Pharmaceutical Society.EPS Scotland is calling for pharmacists to have dedicated roles within care homes and towork in an integrated way with the other mem-bers of the healthcare team.
