Complaints to Healthcare Commission relate to treatment concerns

More than one in 10 complaints handled by the Healthcare Commission relate to patients' concerns about their treatments, ac cording to a report published this week. The commission reviewed 7,827 complaints between August 2007 and July 2008, assessing those that NHS organisations could not resolve themselves and where the complainant was unhappy with the response from the trust.
