Croydon simplifies monitoring preparation

Croydon Primary. Care Trust has produced a simplified version of the community pharmacy assurance framework designed to prepare pharmacists for their regular PCT monitoring visits.The PCT combined the eight essential service pre-visit questionnaires in the NHS Primary Care Commissioning framework into a single questionnaire, which was made available online to all community pharmacies in the Croydon area during October and November 2009.
