A 48-year-old male presented with flank pain and gross hematuria 3 weeks after a coronary angiogram and stent placement. Medical history included intravenous drug abuse, coronary artery disease and a recent myocardial infarction. Contrast enhanced computerized tomography (CT) demonstrated bilateral vascular renal masses consistent with intrapa-renchymal mycotic renal artery aneurysms (fig. 1).
