SDL-CIRAD Finish Agreement

SDL International Ltd. of Stockport, England, suppliers of textile testing and laboratory equipment, has finished a licensing and development agreement with CIRAD (Centre de Cooperation Internationale en Recherche Agro-nomique pour le Developpement) of Montpellier, France. CIRAD's Cotton Technology Department, in response to a need in cotton-producing countries, developed the Sticky Cotton Thermodetector (SCT) to measure the incidence and severity of sticky cotton in cotton production, ginning, and at the spinning mill.
