HPL Additives Ltd., a leading supplier of polymer additives, has forged a strategic alliance with EPI Environmental Technologies Inc. (Canada), a global supplier of additives for oxo-biodegradable plastic applications. The agreement will enable HPL Additives, the sole licensee, to manufacture degradable plastic with EPI's Totally Degradable Plastic Additive (TDPA) at their manufacturing unit in Hary ana.
