Sinochem to export first gasoline cargo from Quanzhou

China’s state-owned Sinochem is set to export the first gasoline cargo from its 12 million mt/year (240,000 b/d) Quanzhou refinery in southeast Fujian province in December, after having received approval from the Ministry of Commerce to export refined fuel products, a source at the company said Thursday.
