New York-NYMEX March ULSD tumbled Tues- day, closing 18.9 cents lower at $2.0289/gal, snapping a rally fueled by cold weather and refinery glitches on the US East Coast. The March contract’s premium over April delivery more than halved to about 15 cents/gal Tuesday, having ballooned to 33 cents/gal Monday.
