London—A third cargo of Kurdish crude has begun loading at the Turkish port of Ceyhan as Erbil continues with its plans to export increasing volumes of its own crude to international markets independently of Baghdad. A Turkish port agent said Friday the crude was loaded onto the Suezmax tanker United Emblem, which already exported a cargo of Kurdish crude earlier this month. The agent said the vessel, owned by Marine Management Services, loaded a 135,000-mt Kurdish cargo from Ceyhan.
