Kazakhstan to raise crude export duty

Moscow-Kazakhstan plans to raise its crude oil export duty by 33% to $80/mt ($10.96/b) from April, economy minister Yerbolat Dosayev said Tuesday, although the increase is not expected to affect key oil projects which account for over half of the country's crude output.
