Record EsPo loadings expected in May

Singapore-Russia's exports of ESPO Blend crude loading from Kozmino port have been fixed at 19 cargoes in May, the highest month- ly figure since exports of the grade began in December 2009 and up from 17 in April. The increase follows the completion of stage two of the East Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline in December 2012, which was com- missioned by Russia's national oil pipeline operator Transneft.
