Seoul-South Korea's customs agency con- firmed March 28 that it has revised new oil tax rules under which local refiners that import North Sea crude will have their rebates for oil product exports reduced from July. "The new tax rules for refined products take effect from July 1," an official at the Korea Customs Service told Platts.
