Fast start unlikely for XL Cushing pipeline link

New York-TransCanada is unlikely to go ahead with a Cushing, Oklahoma-to-Gulf Coast leg of its Keystone XL crude oil pipeline project prior to receiving US approval for the overall project, Wells Fargo analysts said November 18.
