Lagos-The Nigerian Senate hopes to pass before the end of its term May 29 the controversial Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), though with a handful of pro-PIB MPs failing to be re-elected in last month's elections, industry analysts fear another long delay before the key legislation can be passed into law.
