Washington-The combined energy use of China and India will more than double by 2035, leading the surge in worldwide energy use, according to the 2011 International Energy Outlook published September 19 by the US Energy Information Administration. Worldwide energy use will grow by 53% between 2008 and 2035, according to the EIA's base case.
