Australian juniors to study Kimberley LNG

Sydney-Liquefied Natural Gas Limited has struck an alliance agreement with Oil Basins Limited to jointly investigate the development of an LNG project in the Kimberley region of northwestern Australia, the two junior companies said August 10. The LNG project would be based on conventional and unconventional gas contained in acreage held by OBL and its partners in the onshore Canning Basin in the north of the state of Western Australia.
