Shell, Gazprom look to expand cooperation

London-The heads of Shell and Russia's Gazprom have signed a cooperation agree- ment that could lead to a "broader" collabora- tion between the companies in a number of new and existing projects, the companies said November 30. Gazprom chief Alexei Miller and Shell CEO Peter Voser signed the "protocol on strategic global cooperation" and agreed to set up joint working groups to further develop new oppor- tunities.
