New Delhi-India's oil ministry plans to come up with a policy and mechanism for pooled natural gas pricing in six to eight months, oil secretary S. Sundareshan said at an industry gathering in New Delhi October 31. The change is designed to ensure that consumers across the country pay a uniform price for gas, Sundareshan added.
