Germany's Wintershall on course for 8% output rise

London-German upstream company Winter-shall is on course to expand its oil and gas production to more than 140 million barrels of oil equivalent (383,000 boe/d) by 2010, the company said October 6. Citing a speech made in Buenos Aires by Wintershall Chairman Rainer Seele, the company said its Russian output was expected to be the main driver of growth.
