摘要

London-Serbia and Russia signed late November 25 a protocol guaranteeing the three main conditions of their wide-ranging energy deal, agreed earlier this year, the Serbian government said in a statement. Serbia's first deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Russia's minister for emergency situations, Sergei Shoigu, signed the agreement in Moscow. Dacic said Russia had agreed that all three parts of the energy agreement would be implemented-namely the sale of 51% of the Serbian oil and gas company NIS to Gazprom Neft; the construction of a new trunk gas pipeline through Serbian territory; and the modernization and expansion of the gas storage facility at Banatski Dvor.
