Rio de Janeiro—Bolivia’s President Evo Morales has intervened to prevent Petro-bras from exporting gasoline and other refinery products from Bolivia, in the latest bid to pressure Brazil’s national oil company into handing over its controlling stakes in Bolivia’s two refineries at a low price.
