E.ON, Gazprom agree on asset exchange

London-German utility E.ON and Russiangas giant Gazprom finally signed July 13 abasic agreement to exchange minority stakesin gas production,sales and trading,andpower assets,giving the German company along-sought after stake in the giant Yuzhno-Russkoye gas field in Siberia.
