Abu Dhabi-An Omani government investment arm is negotiating a possible stake in the Dubai Mercantile Exchange and the Middle East's first sour crude oil contract is now expected to be launched in early 2007 rather than the fourth quarter of 2006, Omani Oil Minister Mohammed al-Rumhi said November 8.
